Find answers to common questions about managing your GDTVN account.
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click "Sign In" at the top right of the page and select "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Subscription. Choose the "Premium (Ad-Free)" tier and follow the secure checkout prompts. The upgrade will take effect immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free Ad-Supported tier.
Why was I charged?
If you see an unexpected charge from GDTVN, verify if a family member signed up for a Premium trial that has converted to a paid subscription. For billing disputes, please contact our support team at contact@gdtvn.com.

- Roku: Search for "GDTVN" in the Roku Channel Store. Supported on all models 2018 and newer.
- Apple TV: Available on Apple TV HD (4th Gen) and Apple TV 4K.

- Samsung Smart TVs: Available on models 2019 and newer via the Samsung App Store.
