1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Global Diaspora Television Network ("GDTVN"). By accessing, using, or subscribing to the GDTVN streaming service, applications, and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GDTVN is a Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) and subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) network tailored for African and global diaspora content. We provide our users with access to streaming movies, series, documentaries, live broadcasts, and other audiovisual entertainment.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify GDTVN of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct and Restrictions
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale content and information contained on or obtained from the GDTVN service without express written permission.
- Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the GDTVN service.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the GDTVN service.
- Decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the GDTVN service.
5. Billing and Cancellation (Premium Tier)
For users subscribing to our Premium (Ad-Free) tier, the subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your Payment Method each billing period. You can cancel your GDTVN subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on the GDTVN platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of GDTVN or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. GDTVN™ is a trademark of Global Diaspora Television Network.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The GDTVN service and all content and software associated therewith are provided "as is" and "as available" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. GDTVN does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the GDTVN service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
